About Santokh Rinpoche:
Santokh has enjoyed study with Yogafit teachers, and attained her 500 RYT with Core Power Yoga. Felicia Tomasco influenced her Ayurvedic practice. Anodea Judith provided insight into the Chakra system. Anand Mehrotra and Eknath Eshwaran fueled her passion for meditation. Manorama D'Alvila taught Santokh about the beautiful language of Sanskrit and how to weave it into her Yoga classes.

About Tom Bradburn:
Yogi Tom Bradburn received a M.A. in Religion from Westminster Theological Seminary and combines study  of world spirituality and topics in Yoga. Tom was certified as a yoga teacher in 2010 by Yogafit and also received the spiritual name Sadhana Singh by emissary to Yogi Bhajan that same year.Tom has an ongoing interest in serving veterans through the Veterans Yoga Project.

Tom's theory about why Yoga and meditation is popular with guys is no secret :Yoga destresses 

When we practice yoga, we aren’t just using the body, but are also training the mind. But not in the way that you would while you’re on a treadmill, trying to beat the other team, working at the office or paying the bills.In yoga, we’re focusing  brain, body and on our breathing. It’s a form of moving meditation, and we’re clearing your mind of all of the stress and noise that cloud it. After a long and stressful day at work, a yoga session not only allows us to energize the body, but it helps clear the mind and feel more focused and peaceful.I feel more balanced afterwards.
