Yoga Bio :

Santokh Rinpoche has been practicing Yoga and Meditation for over 20 years and after teaching a variety of group exercise classes (cardio kick boxing, dance) began teaching yoga exclusively in 1997. Through the study and practice of many different styles of Hatha Yoga (including Jiva Mukti, Ashtanga, and Anusara) and mindfulness-based Buddhist practices, she has developed her unique style of Vinyasa FlowYoga. It is with a deep commitment to living mindfully, joyfully and compassionately that she has chosen yoga as a life path and a livelihood. She currently leads on-going public classes and private sessions in Bucks County PA and Pocono Mountain PA areas. Her classes are gracefully flowing, energetic, strengthening and inspiring.

Santokh enjoys teaching yoga to adults, children and teens, inspiring people to live their best lives. Santokh believes in cultivating our inner power through increasing self awareness, confidence, peace and joy. Through yoga, we do this, improving our own lives, and those of our family, friends, community and world. Like the spiral, it starts with one point and spirals out infinitely.
