2. Base Chakra –Swadhistana: At base of the spine. Connected to the issues of finance, desire, reproduction and the emotions of other people.
3. Solar Plexus – Manipura: Located behind the navel. Connected to the issues of ego, personal power, and feelings of fear and control.
4. Heart Chakra – Anahata: At the sternum. Service and compassion, true forgiveness ,kindness and love.
5. Throat Chakra – Vishuddha: At the cleft of the throat.Where our true voice is expressed, our inner voice , our common sense.
6. Brow Chakra – Ajna :located behind the center of the eyebrows. Perception, intuition, spiritual introspection.
7. Crown Chakra – Sahasrara :At the top of the head. Ultimately surrendering the ego, being selfless and all embracing.
