90 minute Yoga Party :
Invite 3 friends to enjoy a private yoga class in your home and enjoy refreshment after. (Tea is nice). Collect $25 from each of the 3 friends or a total of $75. for the total of 4 of you. If 3 friends pay $25, your yoga session is free of charge. The hostess will pay $75 for the class to the instructor whether there are 2 , 3 or 4 participants in total on the day of the class. The hostess pays all fees to the instructor and provides the space for the class, perhaps clearing away furniture from a large room with a hard wood floor or other suitable surface. An additional charge would be mat rental , which is $5 for each mat. (They are cleaned before and after class.) Optionally, you can have 5 people in class with each paying $15 each for class if you commit to at least a 4 class session ( $75 per class for 5 people for atleast 4 scheduled class sessions).

Class formats can vary according to individual needs. Happy Vibe Yoga is a flowing yoga class incorporating vinyasas for standing and seated poses, as well as sun salutations. Each class includes meditation, pranayama (breath practice), asanas (postures), ending with a period of deep relaxation to revitalize the body. Special attention to body alignment and use of the bandhas will be given. Modifications for precursor poses as well as strength and balance challenges are provided in a menu type selection. Knowledge of yoga is not necessary, but the class is best experienced by those who already have some physical conditioning. Mat rental is additional $5 fee.
