Savasana experience :

Liquid light visualization

  1. Come into corpse pose.
  2. Take a few deep breaths and come into a place where the body sinks into the floor and we feel completely supported by the earth.
  3. We let our awareness flow down to our feet. Visualizing and feeling  warm, luminous light flowing into the soles of the feet. We allow this liquid light to gradually fill the feet. We watch and feel as the liquid light slowly and steadily fills the legs, pelvic area, abdomen, chest, throat, and head. See and feel the whole body filled with this warm, luminous light.
  4. When our body has filled , we visualize and feel this liquid light streaming through the arteries, veins and nerves in flowing currents. We feel this flow renewing and recharging our being on every level.
  5. Bathed in this energy, see the body surrounded by a radiant glow. Let the glow increase in intensity until you are powerfully radiating light in all directions.
  6. Letting go of any mental effort and allowing deep relaxation and resting now.
